Andre Molnar
Andre Molnar is a multi-talented artist, programmer and web application developer.
Andre comes from a background and education in both the arts and computer science. He is just as likely to be found painting a picture as he is to be found writing code. Add to that years of professional experience designing, developing and managing web application development projects in the business world, and you begin to see his unique set of skills as leader of Be Circle.
Given his background, Andre can view any project from a number of different perspectives. He has often been described as a 'geek that gets it'. He is the kind of person that can grasp both the technical requirements of a project, and the softer non-technical requirements that make any project a success. He understands the need for a clear dollars-and-cents case for every project just as well as the human factors that can affect a project’s outcome. He knows what looks good and what works well.
Andre is very active in the Drupal community and, though he will say the title is somewhat undeserving, has been refered to as a 'Drupal Guru'. To learn more about Drupal, please see our Discover Drupal section.
Entrepreneurial enthusiasm and a genuine desire to do good are the foundations of Be Circle, and Andre hopes that he can use both to ensure the success of Be Circle and the clients it services.
Danielle Vendetti, B.A. / B.Ed.
Danielle Vendetti specializes in content consultation and what is known as "information architecture". She works with clients to help them rationalize their content and suggests display options, keeping in mind the client's target audience and image. She is an advocate of easy usability for both visitors and contributors to the website, reminding clients (and developers) that not everybody has the same level of computer skills and knowledge.
At times, Danielle feels her role seems more like that of an interpreter, making sure all parties involved in the creation of the website - developer, client, digital design artist, and contributors - understand what the other needs or is requesting. "My first language is English, but I am almost fluent in geek-speak."
Danielle is a certified and highly experienced adult educator. She is also our Drupal CMS training facilitator. As part of our team, she coordinates customized training sessions for clients, addressing their specific needs and accommodating for the varying learning levels of participants involved in training. Upon request, she develops training documents for clients to use after the training session is complete.
